Incorrect or Faulty Items
While we take great care in quality checking our items, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. In the event you receive an incorrect or faulty item:
Please contact us at info@10lines.club, and we will initiate the return and exchange process free of charge.
Upon receiving the item at our studio, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange immediately.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. Here are the guidelines for order cancellations:
Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order before it's dispatched, we can offer a full refund or exchange.
After Shipment:
If the item has already been shipped, you must return it within 7 days of receiving your order, adhering to the new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that 10Lines will not cover shipping and handling costs for returning a cancelled item.
Condition of Items:
Items must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition with all tags attached. Customized or adjusted items are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale Items
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.
Made to Order & Customized Items
For made-to-order and fully customized items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you have not provided us with the correct measurements.
